LAST MINUTE OFFER OCTOBER BREAK.
Our last minute October break has now been booked. The next week that we have available is 10-17 November. We are leaving this post up as it has lots of information, and pictures that may be of interest. The “things to do” still apply if you can come and stay during the winter months.
We were offering the week 27 October to 3 November at special last minute rates.
This was the first week that we have had available since March. Every other week has been fully booked. Many local residents think October is the best month in the Lake District. The crowds have thinned out, the trees are beginning to change colour, the air is fresh and it feels good to get outside.
Here’s a photo taken last year by a guest enjoying a short walk from Brockstone Grasmere Cottage
